SECURITY TRAINING

EMPLOYER & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:

We have total manpower of approximately 6000 personnel which includes Security Guards, Security Officers, Field Officers and office staff. They are well trained and qualified in their respective fields.

All our employees are satisfied with the working conditions that have been provided and the employer is having cordial relations with them.

TRAINING:

We have our Training Centre at Mahavir Prasad Memorial Institute of Security, Vigilance & Fire Services at village Chincholi, Near Bhivpuri Railway Station, Karjat, Raigad. We recruit security staff through sources such as reference made by existing employee’s, advertisement, contacting placement agencies etc. The Security Staff so selected has to undergo vigorous training capsules at our In-house Training Centre. We give them refresher training as and when required. We also provide necessary facilities to our employees within the frame work of various Acts and Rules established by – Both Central and State Governments.

COMMUNICATION

Our Administrative Office at 26, Welfare Chambers, 1st Floor, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai is fully geared up to provide for this purpose.

Our Field Officers are equipped with Four Wheelers, Motor cycles and Mobiles which also enable them to have prompt and easy access to our clients and can reach the troubled area within a short time to resolve their problems immediately.
