We have total manpower of approximately 8000 personnel which includes Security Guards, Security Officers, Field Officers and office staff. They are well trained and qualified in their respective fields.
All our employees are satisfied with the working conditions that have been provided and the employer is having cordial relations with them.
TRAINING:
The development of economic front and growing industrial atmosphere in our country necessitates greater importance for the mandatory security training for the guards.
All Organizations today realize that human experts are critical for the success of any enterprise and it is necessary to retain the best human capital available. Although many guards may spend their entire careers without ever confronting a large scale emergency, the threat of the occurrence of an event of significance that requires emergency evacuation remains a possibility. We, therefore, emphasis that all new personnel recruited by us are undergone the pre-assigned formal training or briefing on security as per the Specified Operating Procedures and policies laid down by PSAR Act.
We believe that accurate and achievable objectives are the key to successful training. We ensure that subjects covered in PSAR Act are intended to provide security guards with a sound basis to deal with on the job responsibilities so that the right mix of skills is available to satisfy by working with our clients who can effectively represent our business in the market in an appropriate manner.
Our Security guards are well attuned to changes and developments within the industry and the expectations and obligations that are owed to the client. While giving training we also ensure that our guards anticipate the customer needs, listen and respond to their needs and exceed the customer’s expectations.
We have our Training Centre at Mahavir Prasad Memorial Institute of Security, Vigilance & Fire Services at village Chincholi, Near Bhivpuri Railway Station, Karjat, Raigad. We recruit security staff through sources such as reference made by existing employee’s, advertisement, contacting placement agencies etc. The Security Staff so selected has to undergo vigorous training capsules at our In-house Training Centre. We give them refresher training as and when required. We also provide necessary facilities to our employees within the frame work of various Acts and Rules established by – Both Central and State Governments.
We are sure that a security guard with professional approach to his or her job will be prepared for any emergencies after going the training.
